Shoreham Port faced significant challenges with its ageing systems, which were increasingly unreliable, leading to frequent failures and costly downtime. To modernise operations, we collaborated with Shoreham Port personnel to develop Track-a-Pack, a comprehensive solution for managing the importing, storage, and delivery of timber cargoes.

OnSite Central faced challenges with tracking water monitoring equipment, particularly high-value items that were not being returned and were often getting lost. To address these issues, we implemented two cloud-based tracking solutions, one RFID and the other barcode.

Being in the food industry, Ebrofrost needed a robust batch tracking system to ensure full traceability of raw ingredients through to finished goods. The system needed to accurately record which batches of raw materials were used in each production run, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and enabling rapid response in the event of a recall.

Euroleather’s required two stock control solutions, each tailored to a different area of their business. The first system manages shoe and leather care, tracking stock from supplier orders through to customer invoicing, while the second system controls the leather stock itself.

MCG Construction required a system to track waste bins allocated to subcontractors across multiple high-profile construction sites in London. The system needed to record the type of waste expected in each bin, ensure secure allocation using a PIN system, and track bin returns, including weight and waste type compliance. If incorrect waste was disposed of, this needed to be logged to allow for accurate cost adjustments.

Full Circle Events needed a reliable way to track and manage event equipment, ensuring that all frames and components required for each event were properly accounted for. To solve this, we implemented our AR-TRACKER asset management software—our cutting-edge, cloud-based solution designed for efficient and comprehensive asset tracking.

As Archive UK’s storage capacity grew, their manual tracking system could no longer keep up with operational demands. The lack of a real-time inventory system led to inefficiencies, difficulties in locating archive boxes and files, and increased labour requirements. A solution was needed to introduce automation, enhance accuracy, and improve accessibility for both staff and customers.
