Full Circle Events needed a reliable way to track and manage event equipment, ensuring that all frames and components required for each event were properly accounted for. To solve this, we implemented our AR-TRACKER asset management software—our cutting-edge, cloud-based solution designed for efficient and comprehensive asset tracking.
Using mobile RFID readers, staff can efficiently scan and assign equipment to specific jobs, ensuring accurate allocation before each event. At the end of the event, the system allows for a quick and accurate check-in process, identifying any missing items. The web-based interface provides real-time tracking of which items have been allocated to which jobs, ensuring full visibility while also highlighting any missing assets.
Full Circle Events benefits from a secure cloud-hosted SQL Server database, enabling remote access from any device with an internet connection. This ensures that inventory data is always up to date, accessible, and secure. By utilising RFID scanning, inventory checks are now significantly faster and more efficient, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
