Case Study
Euroleathers |Barcode
Euroleathers is a leading supplier of high-quality leather and leather care products, serving both retail and trade customers across various industries. With a strong reputation for reliability and expertise, the company manages a diverse inventory, ensuring efficient stock control and seamless order fulfillment. To support their operations, Euroleathers required specialised stock management systems to enhance accuracy, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.

Euroleathers Multi-System Stock Control Solution
Euroleather's required two stock control solutions, each tailored to a different area of their business. The first system manages shoe and leather care, tracking stock from supplier orders through to customer invoicing, while the second system controls the leather stock itself.
Shoe & Leather Care Stock Control:
This system handles the entire order process, from receiving stock from suppliers, managing customer orders and deliveries, and processing invoices. Mobile barcode scanners are used to log incoming stock, allocate items to orders, and confirm deliveries, improving accuracy and efficiency.
Leather Stock Control:
Designed specifically for Euroleathers' leather division, this system provides detailed stock management, ensuring full visibility of inventory levels. Unlike the first system, barcode scanning is not used, but the Windows-based software allows seamless tracking and management of stock movements.
Barcode Scanners
Barcodes are scanned when items arrive from supplier, automatically updating the available stock. They are then scanned out to customer orders.
Bespoke Client Software
Both systems run on Windows-based PC software, providing an intuitive interface for managing stock, processing orders, and handling invoicing.
database
The system is built with2 local databases, ensuring real-time access across the organisation.
